Reusing Wallpaper for Scrapbook Pages

I was given some wonderful wallpaper once upon a time. I have been finding all sorts of ways to use it. This month I have had the pleasure of participating in LOAD over at the Layout a Day website. Two different days during this event I have had the privilege of pulling out my stash of wallpaper and using them on a scrapbook page. Reusing Wallpaper for Scrapbook Layouts

My actual physical scrapbooking is sporadic at best and concentrated during LOAD at most. One of the things that you will learn about me is that I am very distractable and Love exploring new things all the time. I won’t be having a restrictive focus here on my site. That can get to be too much for some, so I will try to keep it organized. Mostly finding and using things that are practical and reusable with a focus on Thrift will be what you find here.

Now that I went down that rabbit trail, I will show you the two layouts that I used wallpaper on and see if you can find them.

So, if you did not find it. The Beautiful paper under the coffee pot is a fantastic rich creamy color and full of texture. I love touching this layout. On the turtle yoga layout I used a strip of striped wallpaper under the journaling card and picture. Well, it looked like grass to me. Oh, and in the reusing category, I got plenty of comments about the silly little palm tree embellishment. It is a garment tag from…oh, I don’t remember, since I cut it off. But it was a little tag peeking out of my junk bin and I grabbed it.
